Following Bigcgar's lead and advice from an earlier post, we had this sink cover/cutting board fabricated by the same person who made his, and we are very happy. We were able to pick woods that worked with the EB interior finish, and physically it is an exact template of the white plastic cover that came with the unit. Joe

Installed new adjustable "snip the tip thermistor" in refrigerator. Easy install, hardest part was figuring out how the cover on the controller board was removed. YouTube came thru once again. Will report on if it actually works on 24 hours.

Jayseejay. I'm so glad that you were able to connect with my buddy and he made you exactly what you wanted. Enjoy your upgraded cutting board. It's much better looking than the white plastic one that comes with the units.

Best always,

I NEVER go to yard sales but yesterday on a whim stopped by my neighbors who was having a sale.
He had two perfect chairs for my Airstream. They are from 1955, called the Coslo Fashion Fold. I couldn't believe it.
I had told a friend I went with that maybe I'd find a chair for the Airstream. Very happy with this find.

We have been super busy with a new old house, long term temporary house guests and thereby neglecting our Airstream's. Thanks to the forum we have vicariously traveling with you all.

So all we got was T-shirts but not just any T-Shirts, Campendium T-Shirts!

Glad to support you as we will use you.

I was gifted Free Poop

We keep our trailer at a storage lot, in a covered (not enclosed) space. The front corner of our space has always been popular with the pigeons. We have only occasionally had pigeon droppings on our trailer.

This suddenly changed. We went to the trailer recently and found a whole bunch of droppings on the battery box. I checked the roof with a ladder, and found a line (11 deposits) across the front end cap, under one of the shed roof's cross beams.

We're talking with the storage owner about the situation. Also bought a box of plastic bird spikes from a local farm & ranch type store:

Are you at Andersen RV storage?

We used to be in the west building and had a bit of pigeon droppings over time, but only where they roosted on the beams. I'm really curious why they would choose to hang around a small, low, and mostly open place like the battery box. Are you sure it's pigeons?

try "Bird-X SE-PAC Scare Eye Balloon, Pack of 3" from Amazon; these really work. I have used these under a deck and along the eve of a eight story building. The birds moved to another building across the street.

Yes, we are at Andersen. I haven't seen the culprits in person but it sure looks like pigeon poop.

Did my picture show up for you? It showed OK for me when I previewed the post, but not when I looked at the forum just now.
