What did you get for your Trailer today?

Just the standard set of DC fuses that go into the converter panel on Rocinante. In our case, 10, 15, 20, and 30 amp fuses. You can get the fuses at most any auto parts store. I also dropped in a few variously-sized wire nuts and some terminators for 10AWG wire. (Our repair kit includes a few feet of black and also red10AWG wire, just in case.)

For any given fuse blowing, there is a chance you'll need two to fix it. First one to test whether the fuse blew due to a dead short. Second one to use after you find and fix the short. That explains why we bought the larger fuse pack for each amperage.

The small box is "Husky" brand, from Home Despot. Not water tight (e.g. If you dropped it in a puddle it would probably fill with water), but really great for holding small things like fuses, wire nuts and so on. The small box (6 dividers) is perfect for use in Rocinante. It also fits nicely in the hand and is easy to open / close. I think the box was less than $3.

Last night I dropped off one of three wheels and tires at the auto shop to have the tire removed from the rim. I'll pick it up Friday and take it to the sandblaster. Then to paint.

Well got weather stripping for the windows, two new window glass ( they broke) and ordering window stripping for the jaelous windows. Hard to find. Working with vintage trailer supply. It's so nice to have squishy weather stripping on the windows.

A good friend who was a past streamer brought me a gift today. What a great surprise. The gift was two original Zip-Dee chairs with one leg rest. Isn't it great to have good friends.

New power cord the original always seemed to be 3 feet short. Even at the house had to use extension to plug in when stored.

Today we ordered a PD4655V converter, a "The (Nearly) Everything About Airstream Maintenance" manual, and the Mountain Directory, both East and West. A little here and a little there keeps the rig lubricated and rolling along nicely. Travel Safe. Pat
