They are held in place with friction (at least I hope that holds them in place :-) ).
The fit is not extremely tight but I don't see them blowing off. But someone could remove them relatively easily.

They are basically a removable form of "plastidip" but much easier to apply.

Pepwave Surf SOHO wifi booster from the 3G store - arrived in less than a week, easy to set up after watching their video online and now we have a useable signal inside the Airstream that all of our devices can connect to including our smart TV to stream Netflix. Attached to a neighbor's fiber optic internet connection ( that he so graciously allows us to use when we visit)- went from 1 to 2 bars with the laptop having to be "just so" in the window - now we have no problems connecting to it....unsure how it will work in a campground, but we are very pleased so far in this application.

I was hoping for some action in that video.

Maybe a cat attacking the flamingos.

We finally bought a grill. The Weber Q 1000, and promptly made grilled BBQ Chicken Pizza with it.

I love it, just the right size for our family and needs.

Looks great! Do you power it via a low-pressure propane hose from the trailer, or does it run on its own canister?

For now it's own canister, but I was thinking of powering it via a hose from the Airstream.

You can get a two outlet with 90 degree angle device for the large propane tanks and then a hose that plugs directly into the Weber. This does not use the gas outlet at hitch level. I found a 25' hose while at CanAm last week for this system. Valve described seen at Camping World as well.

Any chance of a picture of the set-up?
