I will be sewing them into one piece, adding a short additional valance, maybe 3 inches across the top to bring them all together.

Then, cellular blinds to replace the shades. I like the softness the additional cloth gives to the interior.

Be well,
Yes, we noticed that there is a notable gap in privacy with the new shades. They're cool looking/operating shades, but you're right, the gap is a bit of an issue, isn't it.

I wonder if the pleated-style shades that run along strings might afford more privacy than the new roller shades do?

We will get another one next week. I left him there because he has a runny nose and a cough. I'm hoping he's better next week. They are administering antibiotics.

Porch/Compartment Light

Received the last porch/compartment light that I need to replace:

Fastners P-1327 Porch/Compartment Light

These folks had a great price on it.... $18.78 + shipping. Other places wanted almost $30 + shipping. If you just need a replacement lens, they have that, too.

I need to replace the one on our 1987 Avion 34W that is near the water/sewer/electric connections.

This porch light is also used on Airstreams.

What did you get for your Trailer today?

@DHart

I suspect any shade which follows a straight line from top to bottom will have the gap. However, if one constructed a curved frame, holding the shade close to the window frame, this might do the trick. My ultimate goal with the curtains was to "soften" the look of the interior, decreasing the amount of total aluminum. The cloth valences do this well, IMO.

Oh, yes, Cochese, fantastic counter top. Looks so good.

Towmaster - about 3.5 yes old, e-load rated. No signs of wear or bad treads, sidewalls etc. Made in China.
Nuff said.
Replacements were free star, probably same deal - will swap for 16" rims and Michelin's in a couple years.
