I really didn't like having one of the trailer speakers in my ear when sitting in the lounge. The Bose sounds better, and the sound comes from the tv you're actually looking at instead of over one shoulder.
What make/Model of TV did you install? Thanks

I have a Samsung 40" UHD 4K tv. I got a rotating bracket to store it in portrait mode out of the way when traveling and not in use. Not sure if it'll work (iPhone app), but I'll paste the thread about it below:

A new telescope! Well, it is 20 years old but new to me. Found a killer deal on CL for a Meade LX200 Classic 10" with all the fixin's!

Very excited to take it out camping with the airstream

If that food source is removed, the mouse would look for other interesting nibbles in the trailer somewhere.

Perhaps an alternative meal that sends it to the promised land would be useful, like a last supper.

Also received my new PD4655 55 Amp Converter Upgrade Kit from Best Converters. Hope to get this installed in the next few days. Have been educating myself by reviewing posts on the AS forum from those who have shared their experience and documentation on making the upgrade.
Took my time installing the new converter, went very well and is working perfectly. Also finished up the install on the new bathroom door latch. See attached photos.

One reason we upgraded to the 25fb was to enjoy the view out in the mornings, but half of the year we can't because of condensation. Hopefully our new dehumidifier will help.

Mine is not as exciting as all these others. Just recieved my box of goodies from AS store. HOLD YOUR BREATH! Sealant kit with Acryl-R pump, corrosionx, walbernize and LED's. Sounds boring but after a long cold winter, I'm ready to do some TLC.

My Amazon purchases have rolled in over the last couple of days:

New PD9245 Converter with pendant, Gold Stars LED light fixtures for under the bulkheads and Hot Systems LED bulbs to replace the 1157 automotive types in other fixtures.

We did the same retrofit for a smaller Dometic model. Big, big improvement. Some additional DIY tips here:

I need to get yet another re-calibration of all tank sensors under warranty. The micropulse is worse than useless, with every tank sensor insanely wrong. It's a shame, but I know this is a common problem.

I have owned several RVs in my long and somewhat unproductive life. My final evaluation is that the only good monitoring system consists of:

Black tank - Flashlight shining done the toilet with flush valve open.

Gray Tank - water backing up in shower drain.

Fresh water - pump makes funny noises and water flow from faucets slows to spurts.

Propane tanks - "That's why you have two."

You will find that once one accepts the inevitable adoption of these methods, that daily RV living becomes less stressful.

Yes, Ken has the only fool-proof method, and the one we also depend on.

We swapped out the MicroPulse system for the See Level system Airstream is staring to install. It does provide better information. Placing the sensors on the side of each tank versus a another hole was a bonus. Since we wanted accuracy at the low levels on the water tank and the full levels on the other two, the displays do not vary much until there is a significant change in the tank's content levels. All tank levels are viewable all the time.

The SeeLevel display is above the ship's clock in my avatar.
