Water pump question

I have owned a 2006 25ft. safari se le for maybe 3 months. We have sold our house and are living in the trailer while we search for our new home. When I am hooked up to city water everything is fine water smells good and no bubbles. If I disconnect from city water and turn on water pump it is very loud and never seems to catch up, water pulsates. also water is very milky and bubbly. Filled and drained fresh water tank and tried again to run water pump with same results. Any suggestions would be appreciated Thanks!!

You have song antifreeze in the fresh water system drain and flush the fresh tank a few times and try again.

The noise and pulsating is normal. Like Gearheart stated, the milky bubbly appearance is probably residual RV antifreeze.

Sounds like you are sucking air on the intake side of the pump. Check the connections and the inline filter, it could be cracked.
