Very Pleased

I just had my first four day boondock weekend with a new to me AS. I have no idea of the history of the batteries, so I was keeping an eye. My best guess they are original. Anyhow, we were in the Catskills of NY where it was freezing cold, very windy and rainy. We used the heat morning and evening, took total of four showers, ran the fridge, was dishes and used my newly installed LED lights. We were fine, until last day, when we went to hitch up, my Suburban battery was dead! New car battery for me, but Eire Stream was fine....next up boondocking in the heat!

Congratulations!

We saw a huge grey wolf early one morning, while boondocking in the Catskills a couple of years ago.

Not certain but I believe that if your TV is connected to your trailer then the TV batteries will continue to charge the trailer batteries.

Check to see if your TV disconnects from the power to the AS when you switch the AS off ... if not sure, pull the umbilical when parked and have fun!

I was not plugged into the car, AS all on its own. My TV had original battery and it just died, we got a jump, hitched up, hubs did all the driving except last 20 yards, ( I do all backing) , drop TV off and purchased new car battery today. This was our test for the AS and to see if we would be ok without solar(as I had on previous trailer) or generAtor ( which I really do not have room for). We were...very pleased and comfortable.

We have a new Ford truck at work, it DOES disconnect the trailer power when the truck is turned off.
