Besides locking a modified hitch ball in the A-frame hitch assembly, I'd consider buying a length of heavy duty log or tow chain running it through and around the rim and locking it on the back side. It would be very difficult trying to use a bolt cutter from under the trailer. Another idea is to chain or use a motorcycle cable to connect both tamdem rims together. Good luck. Jim
Hello, I am new to this community. I just purchased a 2005 25' Safari. I keep it parked on my side front yard but since having a car stolen from my driveway, I am a bit concerned about my Airstream. Any suggestions for anti-theft devices, other than basic hitch lock which I have? I've checked online but since I am a newbie, I'd like the opinions of the seasoned Airstreamers. Thanks in advance.
