A\S Names

I just read through this entire string and almost busted out my new stitches. We named our '66 Overlander Sylvia or Silver for short as I mentioned before. I was totally surprised when I was able to get her personalized plate of SLVRDRM (silverdream), I wanted WODAMIT but they said NO. We call our 2004 Toyota Tundra "Little Beast" and her plate is KOWGRLZ, she's the one that pulls Silvia. We got a Ford F250 Diesel we call "Beast" and she pulls the horses and the Alaskan Camper, she didn't get a personalized plate, but the horse trailer got OURBOYZ. I'm partial to the saying "It's A Girl Thing!, so that's going on Silvia's bumper and over the door it will say "Cowgirl Cabin". You might have gotten a little clue that we like horses and stuff ay?
I'm lovin' this forum and can't wait to meet some of you out on the road!

We won't pick up our '70 Globetrotter until June, but the pictures and title tacked up on my home office wall make it "virtually" real until then.

I tried "GeeTee", but my wife won with "Blimpy."

How about "Nautilus"?

Seems to match the rapid up and down, jazzy pace of the family's life. It is also my kid's favorite anime series (Cowboy BeBop), where our cast of characters seems to match the series.

It is also the name of our sailboat.

Our 71

We named our baby "Thirsty" becauase she looks like a soda can on the side.

Also, we found a Bible that we leave in the AS that has an aluminum cover imprinted with a soda can with a pop top on it that says "Thirsty?" that seemed to be a very appropriate addition.

named our 1971 Ambassador 'Dave'. First we wanted to open a Coffee-to-go Bar in it/him, but now it/he will become a Camper again, but with our own floorplan...
The 'Dave' comes from Dave Matthews and the Dave Matthews Band, that is one of our favourite musics and what we wanted to play it in the bar...

Maybe we should call him 'Ambassador Dave' now... gotta ask my wife...
