Yes, Tom, that bridge would have been offered last week by my late cousin Vinny who apparently had a disagreement with some OTHER faction of the mob in the Boroughs. An unfortunate affair indeed.

Since I have one offer already on the "Red Bridge" from Jerry, I'm pleased to report that for those of you interested in historic real estate, there may be a quality property that the same party may be making available in the next couple of weeks.

Yes, it's true... this is a photo of the California Governor's mansion as it appeared in 1923. It is my understanding that although the building no longer stands, and that there is a memorial wall (something about VietNam Veterans... but don't let that put you off...) on the current grounds, the current occupant of that position, again as a result of these current unfortunate circumstances, may be willing to part with this building. (or at least the site it once stood on...) Make us an offer!

How much for just a brick? I know you have a pile of them and don't really want the upkeep of a memorial site. OTOH, if I used that as an address I could enter the race for governor.

I'd buy the bridge, but of course only if Tom Hanks drove his airstream across it! ('')

Not you, the crackhead seller of the Tom Hanks photos... We all already know your mindsets.

That said, even at a 25% discount....the seller needs a reality check.....

You know, modern pharmocology being what it is today...no one has to suffer from these episodes....$15k for a bunch of photos.....

Shari... Does this mean I have to slash the prices of my bridge and mansion now too to stay competitive?

So in case you didn't want to read from the beginning... I found this ancient thread from 2003 about an eBay auction, in which someone was trying to sell photographs of Tom Hanks' Airstream for $20,000.
Everyone promptly wet themselves laughing.

Today, almost 6 years later (and just as our pants had finally dried) comes yet another unlikely proposition.

Ladies and gentlemen... the actual, alleged Tom Hanks Airstream is now for sale. And the price tag? Ironically, $20,000.

(Boy, whoever bought those photos is gonna kick themselves!)

The L.A. Craigslist ad:
AWESOME AIRSTREAM

And because it'll disappear in a week's time, a transcript of the ad with photos:

"PREVIOUSLY OWNED AND REFURBISHED BY TOM HANKS! Custom built by Tom Hanks for his own comfort on his movie sets, this incredible Airstream is a steal at $20,000 (or best offer) when $25,000 has been actually invested into it. Bands, Actors and Guests have enjoyed this spacious "Home Away From Home" and if only walls could talk, the things they'd say! Given as a gift to a Sound Genius, this Airstream has been modified to offer not only delicious comfort but a rockin' good time with a great sound system! From traveling bachelors or buddies to families exploring the great outdoors, this awesome place promises loads of fun for everyone! SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!
