WOO HOO!! Welcome to the older side of Airstreaming! Clean her up a bit, toss in your old camping gear and bring her to Salida for many OOOOHH's, AAAAHH's, and helpful tips and hints on living with a vintage Airstream. Can't wait to see her, either next week or later on. Congratulations!

Wow, that one is in pretty good shape! Nice!

How about some photos of the interior?

Maybe you should separate those trailers - they seem to be multiplying...?

This might get into ethics issues, but if all it takes is a couple airstreams left unchaperoned to get more airstreams... I see a great business venture.

It's a beaut!

Continuing the theme -- When we park in a commercial campground, my wife says that our little vintage trailer looks like a shiny little egg laid by the big rigs.

We'll have to wait for interior photos. We've already moved out the interior for total inspection and wall refinish.

Public congratulations are in order!

I sure hope you took some interior pictures though...they are always encouraging to look back on to see how far you've come - even if it was in disarray! Can't wait to check out Maxwell's little cousin at a rally...are you sure you're not gonna drag it along to the RMVAC rally last week? Might be roughing it a bit too much, huh?!

We printed some of the sellers photos which we'll bring along to Salida. We can 't haul both the Cloud and and Bambi with one TV so we'll take the cloud rather than sleep on the floor of the Bambi. Gotta have our comforts , you know!

Awe, come one Cherie...we sept on the floor in Birdy last year in Laramie! What kind of boondocker are you?!

You know, I am just kidding you....we actually DID sleep on the floor, but we were 75-80% done with our restoration and had the systems working - just no beds yet.

Can't wait to see your pics!

Shari

Congratulations - that will be my next venture after a 71 something as a TV. A smaller TT for weekend traveling.

Congrats, welcome to the Vintage Side of Airstreaming!

Aage,
I've noticed that you've been drooling over these 50s/60s vintage additions in several posts. You better watch it, or you'll be joining us in no time.

That's what scares me, Mike. It's a little like collecting printing presses; a ton 'o fun, but where can you keep them all?
