Hey Tim: got any more pics of the tank install? what's holding it in there? is it just those straps? and how are those connected?

Chuck,

It's kinda hard to take pictures under there . I don't really have any thing else that will show any difference.

The tanks were designed to fit tightly within the cavity I made for it. The two straps are 1/8" x 1.25" flat bar steel. They are just long enough to reach from cross member to cross member. I drilled up through the flat bar into the bottom of the c chanel of the cross memeber and used a bolt to hold it in place.

I'm going to add a couple of more. I may get a small angle iron on these next two to provide some better vertical support.

Right now though, I think the rear part of the tank (left side of photo) is resting on the piping outlets in the holes I made for it in the rear cross member. So that is holding some of it too. I need to add something in there to keep it from scraping.
