The one that got away

These are the photos that Roze referred to on another thread.
She tried to buy it but it got away.
All I can say is "Wow!"

uh, wow is right!

Somehow though, it doesn't sound right to say "I'm going out to sand and Verithane my Airstream now..."

I can see the new thread now... how do I remove Verithane varnish from Aluminum?... Should I use galvanized, brass, or stainless wood screws or does Olympic make wood rivets?

I have this dryrot problem on the OUTSIDE of my Airstream...

I'm experiencing veneer delamination.... etc. etc. etc...

Wonder what a termite bond on an Airstream would run. Can you get termite coverage on an insurance policy? Uh oh better get termin-x. (LOL)

Wow... seemed like that should've looked really good when I think about it abstractly. But it just kinda didn't. Very creative though. The inside really bugs me - looks like Shakespeare's half-timbered Globe Theater in the 1500's.

That, or an old Arthur Treacher's restaurant when I was a kid in the 70's.

I have to say, as different as it is, I like it.
I think it would look better without the window trim, but each has their own tastes.
