I think it was made in the 40's? I was looking at some property on a private drive in the mountains of California. It appears that no-one has been in the old girl in years. If I work here again in the future I might have to drive my truck out and see if it is for sale. I would love to put it on a trailer and haul it back to Michigan.
Also looks like there is a step ladder next to it, so they might be doing maintenance on it as well. With the effort that looks to have gone into surrounding it with decorative rock, it may be used more as a guest room than a road-worthy travel trailer, but still not the derelict that it may appear to be at a glance.
