Spied this vintage Bambi in Santa Fe today...
on the Eastside...
Sorry for the ugly pics, always cars parked around it. Looks to me like it's stuffed with fiberfill.
Doesn't look like it is ever used. Might be ripe for an offer...

Is that one of the ones I saw a few months ago out on Las Vegas Highway east of town?

Nope, this one hasn't moved in many months (maybe years)...
I think I know which one you are talking about, tho. This one's more original.

X Ray - its too old to be a Bambi - could be wrong, but it may be a Traveler - could def tell from the back or maybe even the side..

I have the street address now...
Here are some more photos. Clearly (as you can see), this is a Bambi...

I really like those low side marker lights. Or are they reflectors? I've never seen 'em - they're pretty cool. I like that they're flush mounted.
On another note... looks like they'll never have to worry about getting cold - plenty of insulation in there!

Thanks so much Xray. If anyone spies another could you let me know. I had no idea finding an airstream would be this difficult. Have a glorious day! Tork

I spend an hour every morning peddling the hills on Santa Fe's eastside so I see the back streets, paths, and alleys of this historic neighborhood.
This is the third oldie Bambi I've spotted parked in Santa Fe recently. The other two "got away" from me.
I'm sure there will be more...
