Source for Flags?

Where do you purchase your flags for Airstreams? We have the flag holder. Now we need to purchase flags.

What flags do you want? I have found that the cheapest American Flag is from my US Representative.

I have found flags from several different places. You can find inexpensive nylon flags on the Internet, many of the sellers actively sell on eBay. I find the nylon flags fly better when winds are stonger and they do not put as much stress on my flag poles.

Quality cloth flags look better and cost more. As Bill stated, your US Representative or Senator can get you quality US Flags at a decent price. The flags will be flown over the Capital Building (for a very brief period) if you request.

There are shops on the Internet that sell quality flags as well.

We also use the 3' x 5' poly flags - you can find them on the Net for around $5 or cheaper...

I've bought some here:

Sevenbros.com

You can also find lots of good prices on flags on Amazon...

We've got a 3-poll holder, and like to change the flags each day - we've built up a collection of about 40-50 flags over the past few years...
I keep em' in two plastic bins - each flag is folded twice lengthwise, then rolled up with a rubber band and a printed label stuck under the band for quick ID...

We've gat a few favs...the more colorful, the better...the Scots flag with a gold lion; Aussie flag with a roo; $100 bill flag when we visit the local Casino's RV park, etc...

Flags are fun...

Next time you are in San Antonio stop at Dixie Flag Co. or go online to united states flags, decorative flags banners, custom, miniature, international flags, manufacturers. Good quality!

That is a good selection but you should consider joining the TAC (The Airstream Club) and purchase a TAC flag.....There is no cost in joining so your investment for a TAC flag will be less than other Club membership fees. You can request membership by sending a request
to the following e-mail: airstreamnut@gmail.com and give Rob Baker your NAME, STATE and return E-Mail address.
