Prevost is not bad either.

I would not mind having a Prevost. But the price is greater than I would want to spend on an RV. It seems that Prevost has a pretty active club also.

Cardinal 5th wheel

Hello all ... We bought a Cardinal 5th wheel with 2 slides, in January and we have not regretted it.. it has been a great rv and is great for sitting in one place for 4-6 months.. we used the other Argosy for 2 months sitting in one place.. A/s we love them BUT they are not good for living in for a long period of time in one place.. we are 2 adults and 2 small dogs ... Annie

Best deal on Bluebirds are the gently used ones They are like Airstreams and never really go out of style IMHO There is one in PA that I have had my eye on for a couple of years, the guy has promised me first refusal on it if he ever decides to sell

I agree that AS is a great design and I love my 28'mh. But there are other great design and builds out there. I purchased a 21' Barth (79 like my
AS) for some camping in Northern CA. It is also a great design and very solid. Alum shin over steel frame. joe

They may be made with the serious fulltimer in mind, but you'd be amazed what we've found here at the park: On many occasions we've had folks come in with very large, very expensive rigs who were only out for the weekend. Preferred brand among these folks seems to be the Prevost. And on many other occasions, we find folks using their really big motorhome strictly as a bus: They pile the family in, come up here to their 3,000 square foot "cabin," and want to park their rig at our place just for storage while they're here. (They could park it for free in the resort storage lot, but they want storage with full hookups.) It's kind of bizarre at times. I get off on bragging to them about our vintage Airstream.
