small trucks

I am in the market for a small truck, looking for opinions from owners of Toyota, Nissan, Chevy, etc. I am probably going to buy a 95-99 model extended cab, not too optioned, with 2 wd.
Ideas? Also what about using one as a tow dinghy?

small truck

I have had several small trucks. the last two were toyota and provided extremely good service. I finally sold the last one with over 340,000 thousand miles on it. No major work was ever done to it. I think it would be just fine for towing light weight loads. I used mine that way. I only had four cylinder engines with automatics and they seemed to perform well above any expectations I had.

Hope this helps.

Second on the Toyotie. (Texas pronounciation) They are one solid truck. You won't wear it out. After trying, you will just buy another because you want a new one and are sick of the old one.
