Silver Trailer Supply
Does anyone know what's going on with this company? They were in Utah but moved to Washington state.
I have ordered a few pricey items and one was delivered the wrong size. I mailed it back at my expense. I have left several voice mail messages until it was full and have sent several emails.
I do believe Dimitri and Olga are at the helm.

Search the forum, there is a new thread at least once a week and call your credit card company. Not necessarily in that order. I can’t believe the credit card companies have not cut them off yet.

these people are not what they say. I was sent the wrong item that I ordered and they would not refund my money. Never again for these people.

This is such a strange way to run? a business. I have ordered and received items from them in the past without issue, so they try some days and screw people on others? So it seems.
The online parts co. I found to be the worst is RV Parts Country, Scoundrels at best. Luckily I paid thru my paypal account and was able to file a claim that returned 100% of my $$$.

I would suggest looking elsewhere for parts due to the mounting complaints I have seen. There's nothing good about the situation.

I called their number I found digging through the website and when I called they gentlemen who answered said he was not associated w/ them and was in real estate. The gentleman did say he gets several calls a day from upset customers not getting their paid for items and he urged me to stay away. I have ordered lots of items from vintage trailers and have nothing but good things to say about them.

The Thread is titled Silver Trailer Supply and the BBB link is for Silver Trailer Supply, both in Washington state. what am I missing here?

As an alternative. My dealings with Vntage trailer supply have been nothing short of fantastic. I just finished a shell off, and I think they were possibly the best company I have spent money with this year.
