Kevin:

You certainly have a long list of beneficial upgrades...but I do disagree with the air assist bags on the tow vehicle.

I have an air assist suspension on the dodge van because I was loading it fairly heavy during the resconstruction period for the New Orleans house after Katrina....

I currently have no less than 12 CAT scale weight tickets in attempt to "balance" the '78 Sovereign to the 3/4 ton van....the trailer and the tow vehicle are a suprisingly good match...

Midway in my balancing attempts - and I was beginning to get frustrated - I reread Inland Andy's threads on all of the tests he was involved in (albeit years ago) and his adament statements about not using ANY suspension assists.... I only had 15 psi of air pressure in the assist system....long story short...I dumped all of the air from the assist system, and now have an almost perfect balance utilizing just the weight distribution bars on the Reese Cam bars.

Hats off to Andy for reporting on the results of the test - no use reinventing the wheel.

Granted, you have a huge safety factor with your Excursion/27'/Hensley tow combo, but, if someone is running a bit closer to the vest as far as towing capabilities, my series of weigh-ins confirms Inland Andy's tests of years past....

Lose the Air Assist System.

LED brake lights are easier to see with a brightly setting sun directly on the rear of your trailer. The LEDs are rumored to light up a split second quicker than conventional lights.

That's no rumor, just watch when you're behind some in traffic. That split second decreases your reaction time accordingly.
