Advertised my old (13 months) Tekonsha Voyager on Hitch Trader for $25; it is not selling. What shall I do with it? Goodwill is an option, I guess--but does the trailering group shop Goodwill???
Offer it for free to a newbie......I did, otherwise mine just sat. I was happy that someone could use it and that it helped another forum memeber!

Why not just offer it here.... it's how I wound up donating mine!

OK, it's offered! Should I start a new thread? I thought that nothing commercial--like "for sale" was allowed. This is for sale for free so what you think?
Might not be a bad idea...if no one takes it, at least you tried!

Kistler,
You are correct that commercial entities are not allowed to post stuff "for sale" on the forum, but members are encouraged to do so. Especially if the item is free! As an individual you can post any RV related item in the for sale and wanted section. We are all here to help each other and that is one way to stop those old parts form going to the dump! Making a buck or two to defray your other Airstream costs is expected.

Thank you, New Kid-- I took advice given here and advertised on this forum and also the Open Roads Forum--the one through Trailer Life-- and a guy sent me an email and he wants it.
Brenda says I can't mail it, however, until I see if the Prodigy works.
