Plumbers, and those w/ plumbing experience:

I'm doing a bathroom in my house...(this is not about my trailer, but I figure so many of you have experience in this, some professional, I just thought I'd ask). The house had an unfinished second floor when I bought it. I finished all the rooms except for the bathroom. Now, its time to do that. The plumbing was roughed in when the house was built, but I've changed the plan around...need to move some water supply pipes.

While I have swetted copper before, I'm not super-confident in my capabilities. I'm wondering what you all think of using "pex" instead ? or should I just bite the bullet, and stick w/ copper?

thanks!

I've a friend who is a retired plumber who still does some work for his son from time to time. He mentioned the other day that almost all new work they do is PEX.

That really does not answer your question, but it seems PEX has gotten very poplular. But if I was in your situation, I'd probably run the copper, depending upon how good you are at it.

Yours,

Mark
