Photos on the Portal Page. WE NEED YOUR INPUT! Vote please!

How many photos should be displayed on the Portal Page (Home Page)?

Don't forget the photos actually help promote our sister site (www.AirstreamPhotos.com). The photo gallery is a great feature and with out multiple photos I think might not get used enough!

I like the idea of promoting the site, and would like to keep the multiple photo format. It's catchy! Plus it awes new members that log on for the first time, i think. 4 thumbs are fine.

Hey Forum-Andy thanks for adding to the quik-links.

I think the number of pix makes no difference. I would suggest putting all you have room for. When the space needs to be reclaimed for whatever, then cut back by a picture or two or whatever you choose. I seldom have the time to visit the photo section, but enjoy it greatly when I do. I sometimes post questions under the pictures but can never remember where to go back tofor the answers. I don't think those posts show up when I search my previous posts here, do they?

Was it not possible to place the "search for all my previous posts" link on the quik link box? How bout the "no replies"?
We have all too many of the 'no replies'. Nothing turns off a newbie quicker than finally asking and never being replied to. Not every one is as thick skinned as I am about asking endless dumb questions.

BTW what is that new message icon up there? The blue thing?

Personally, I never go to the portal page so it really doesn't matter to me.
