Parking Lot overnight somewhere near Woods Hole, MA?

Taking the family for a visit to Martha's Vineyard at the end of August. The only ferry I could get on the departure date was a late one and will be better for us not to drive home at night.

Anyone know if we can overnight somewhere nearby? Parking lot would be fine -- We'd stay hitched up and would hit the road first thing in the AM (5:30am)

Thanks for any advice!

Might just ask the ferry company if you can spend the night in their lot.

If nothing else you can always make a reservation at a nearby cg. Google shows three in the area.

There is a large parkng lot at the Woodshole Ferry. You might be able to park there.
There is also a municipal parking lot the services the Falmouth Harbor Ferry.

Good luck.

Sorry for the OT question, but what campground are you staying at on the Vineyard? Good advice on the parking so far IMO.

Thanks,

Peter

There is a Walmart on the east side of Falmouth 10-15 min off the ferry.
