It's obvious that you have all given my original query a great deal of thought and I appreciate it. I have learned alot here:

1. Never let your livestock out - they may eaten by Airstream driving, starved lunatics.
2. Good folks can be found anywhere if you're willing to look hard enough - or get liquored up enough to be less discriminating.
3. The RV parks that turn away old rigs, young folks and those with length limited equipment just don't know what they're missing.
5. Husbands in (or out) of boxes - a good thing.
4 Discrimination or elitism.....? Well, we may never know, after all, we only get a limited set of opinions here. Maybe I'll write a letter to Trailer Life. hmm.....

Out of the Box again, Free at Last

Back to the subject at hand. Open your minds eye on this.
A clear and gentle night with the smell of Jasmine and camp fire smoke wistfully blowing across the peaceful camp . The moon is full and bright with golden beams lighting the shadows and chasing the gloom. The sweet sound of a guitar quietly in the background. Your better half at your side.
Could you have this in a uptight place which would exclude the likes of you if they could?

Your night turns to daylight in the glare of their high-beams. The guitar can no longer be heard and the sweet smells are replaced by the noise and emissions of the delapidated Winnebago that needed a muffler and piston rings 50,000 miles ago, pulling in next to your site. You can't help but notice the "My kid can kick your honor student's ass" bumper sticker. The door opens and a baying hound lunges out to relieve himself on your aluminum wheels.

As "Dueling Banjos" begins playing in your head, you lean closer to your better half, and whisper, "Don't you just love a park with diversity?"
