I used to care about the fact that I didn't care about "Movie Stars'. But I have gotten to the place that I don't care that I don't care about them.

Roger did you find out who Paris Hilton is? I think she has something to do with a hotel chain or was it that island just off the coast of SC?

Most of what I found had to do with a home movie floating around the internet... she is apparently a hotel fortune heiress... I don't know anything about her clueless friend... I still don't understand why anyone is particularly interested in them...

I do not think Paris Hilton is pretty at all. She looks like she needs to eat at McDonalds and Pizza Hut for a couple of weeks to put on some weight.

On the subject of the costs of owning a vintage unit vs new: I put a ton of money into mine the first year I got it. Water heater, axles, tires, water pump, fantastic fan, counter top.................However this past year, I have not had to put a cent into it, other than a piece of banana wrap, due to a "road gator", I hit on the way to Florida. My dog, Cali and I have been "fulltiming" for about 6 weeks now, and it has been most enjoyable. The more time I spend in it, the more I like it.

Back on thread subject, I hear Paris had a horseback riding accident and had to make a trip to the hospital

Actually, after hearing it for the 32nd time on our local news here in Tampa, Paris evidently only got kicked in the stomache. She was later seen leaving the hospital in full make up, with her low rider jeans and short top showing off her mid section where the alleged incident occurred. I'm guessing she was then going back to her million dollar Airstream for some R & R.

I wonder if she knows how to apply Vulkem.

News shows are announcing that the dynamic duo have wrapped up their travels for the second episode, and that this summer we will be seeing their adventures. I heard one commentator on the news say that the two women were traveling cross country in a "motorhome", while showing a picture of the two of them standing in front of their pickup truck and Airstream trailer. So much for the media knowing the difference between a trailer and a motorhome, let alone an AS and an SOB.

That's all folks!

Smile Paris Hilton, Movie Star

Paris is best known for a home-made XXX rated video tape she and a boy friend made. This tape "got loose" and ended up on the internet. Because of this, the whole world knows who she is.

And.... I guess after you watch someone having sex, you feel you kind of "know" them.

Do you know how to back this thing up?

Just saw part of an Inside Edition program that was taking about Simple Life II. It showed several shots of the Airstream, inside and out, even had Paris asking someone at what appeared to be a gas station: "Do you know how to back this thing up?" It also had 'em begging for change just to get thru a toll booth. No dump station footage (yet) though . . .

They said the program will air in June.

I saw the same clip on Entertainment Tonight. They got hung in a tight spot in a gas station and they couldn't figure out how to clear the pumps. Some guy got in the truck and straightened it out. They had another clip with them inside the trailer saying the first thing they have to do is get a mirror. Sounds exactly like my wife when I got our Safari! It looks like this show will be a hoot for us trailer folks.
