The piece looks rather small..maybe couple inches long. I wonder if it could be for cranking open the roof vent in your kitchen. On my trailer, the plastic cover for the lights has a plastic crank with a hex fitting. Maybe for your model year, they did not make the crank and all that is there is a hex bolt? This particular vent on my trailer is hard as heck to open and is rectangular in shape.
The big nut looks like it'd fit the big hole in the wrench. Using the wrench would involve removing the motor from below . . .
There's only two bolts where there's space for 4. I think the PO carried a hydraulic jack for raising the tongue without the electric power.
I can't believe how much I'm learning on this project.

it looks like the smaller hex hole might fit the nuts under the motor. Maybe you use it to remove the motor to make accessing the larger nut easier. Be careful not to start any disconbobulation when trying this.

My mistake, Gene. I completely forgot about the plasma drive oscillators. Having those out of whack could certainly cause a misalignment within the waste particle acceleration unit's guidance system, that, as we all know, can cause premature axle failure.
