Well, you've asked a very open question. Do you not want to camp in it?
Making it ready to move won't be free, but may not be a huge investment. You haven't mentioned the condition of the subfloor... if the trailer has been parked uncovered for a long while, small leaks can contribute to softening or rotting of the subfloor, which is part of the overall structural integrity of the trailer.
Clearly it needs tires. The axles aren't completely sagged out but may have stiffened to the point that you'd want new ones soon, that's a common issue with our older trailers.
So tell us, what are your goals? Do you want to get some cash out of this trailer, or do you want to travel and camp in an Airstream?
