Talking New Toy

This really doesn't have anything to do with A/S but, it's something that, all of us use to communicate on here.
I've just got back on-line with my newest toy and, wanted to share with everyone what the business end from here looks like.

I hope he is not going to tell me it's a police scanner! They are putting all kinds of stuff in computers now.

Smile Seconds

Thanks for comments.
Here's a few of the workings stats:
The second bay is actually the removable, lockdown 'harddrive'. I have two Western Digital HD, each 40GB, with Win ME on one and, Win XP on the second. This way, if someone has a question abt Win ME O/S, I can slip it in and, troubleshoot from that O/S menu. It also keeps each O/S from tangling up with each other on a daily basis.
The CPU is intel 1.7ghz w/ 512megs of RAMBUS. Panasonic DVD and, Plextor CD-RW.
Video is GeForce4 TI 4600 W/128meg http://www.visiontek.com/g4_ti46.shtml
Sound card is Sound Blaster's Audigy Platinum
http://www.soundblaster.com/products/audigy
W/dual boards, one of which has front panel mounted controls.
To name a few..
Craig, actually I was thinking abt a "ham band module". lmao
ciao
