Spotted at Story City, iowa yesterday.... 1960 Ambassador. Rather dull looking, but in service, used by a younger family. Chatted with them for awhile.... from I think, Omaha or Lincoln, Ne. Told them about the forums, they wrote down the info. So neat to see one in use! Told they use it all the time!

dropping those links is being considered..they are annoying to some.

Cedars, thanks for the good report on the Ambassador. Nice to see people of all stripes enjoying Airstreams.

BROTHER, YESSS!!! I was going to run Spybot once before complaining. Ad-aware didn't eliminate it!

Commercial support vs Subscriber support? I'd settle for good ol' fund drives.. Then there's the issue of the other hosted forums (see What's wrong with this website?).

Hopefully folks on Travel Forums, Home Repair Forums, Fashion Forums, and Royal Forums will pull their weight.

Let's just trust that the coming New Server will make us all happy again. But I sure could imagine losing the green links.
