Hello Airstreamers my name is Todd Wright and thanks for letting me join your site. I have already used it as a valuable resource. I am currently looking to purchase my first airstream to live in while on travel nurse assignments. I am quite bummed because there was a sweet 1976 28' Argosy on craigslist in phoenix, i live in Arizona currently. I was not sure about the Argosy at first but after doing some research i realized they are indeed airstreams, at first i thought they were an imitation brand. Anyways late last night after finishing a book on purchasing my first airstream and doing some research on your site i realized what a great deal that Argosy would have been, especially for the price. I was ready to call them today to go look at it and make a purchase if it was indeed in the same condition as shown in the photos, but the ad was gone
. I have not been that excited about anything in quite a while. Anyways if anyone knows of anything for sale in the vicinity of Arizona or New Mexico, i live in northeastern AZ Show Low area please get in touch with me. I am looking to buy something hopefully in the next week or so, my job starts November 30th in California. I am looking for something between 25-28' that has solid bones, is in livable condition, and all appliances are in working condition.
