Interested in the conversations regarding the black water flush, as our unit does not have one installed. If anyone has had one installed ( after purchased ) would appreciate your comments. Thanks, Bogfrog & Mr. Turbo
You can get the hardware from CW or other RV places.
The problem is access to the black water tank to install it. My tank sits in a metal box, surrounded by styrofoam. I suspect yours does, also. Above the tank is the trailer floor and there are no access openings. I really would think twice about trying to install the hardware. You sure don't want to end up with a leak.

What irks me is that A/S put the info on the BW flush in my manual, but didn't install the hardware on the trailer. It had me looking for the hardware. Kind of a tease!

There's more than just removing the belly pan and insulation, dropping the tank, drilling and installing the nozzle so it won't leak and replacing everything.
There's also plumbing that goes up into the trailer with an air break at the top.
I don't care HOW MUCH they charge for it from the factory. I sure wouldn't want to do it after delivery!
I bought my trailer off the lot and it didn't have the BW flush. I had leafed through the manual before I bought and saw the pages for the BW flush, so I thought it was on the trailer. Unfortunately, no, and I hadn't asked.
It would be a bear to install later as Maurice says.

It's a wonderful thing... and not just for cleaning.
When you want to dump, but don't have enough in the black tank to get a good one, just use it to add water.
And since you always want to start out with a few gallons in the tank to keep a mountain of solids from building up under the toilet, just use it to add water after closing the dump valve. A lot easier than hauling a 5 gallon bucket into the trailer to pour in the toilet.
Most of the stuff in the Bambi Value Package is worth having:
Spare Tire & Bracket
Fantastic Fan
Black Tank Flush System
Aquajet Water Pump
Cast Tail Lights
Electric Hitch Jacks
13,500 BTU roof A/C w/Heat Pump
Jackets and Caps (2 Each)
Lavy and Shower Upgrade (Brass/Chrome)
Galley Faucet (Moen One-Touch Classic)
Screen Door Guard
I could do without a couple of them, but they're probably more than free in the package price.
I would agree with Maurice that the black tank flush system is wonderful. I ordered the upgrade package on my Safari and feel it was a good investment and would recommend it to anyone considering ordering a new unit.
Jerry,
I purchased the Flushking based on previous posts last year regarding the product. It sure beats running a hose through the door and all the way back to the toilet to use a wand.
