New Airstream Today

We took delivery of our 2008 Safari 27 FB SE today. (Midnight Sun, 2nd Fantastic Fan, Upgraded Entertainment system with 23" lcd tv) It was a great experience. The AS is outstanding Dealer took great care of us. 1st thing we did was go to the scales just to get an idea of the weight distribution. Right about what I thought.

All in all, it was a banner day. The 27 tows alot different than the 22 because of the length and weight but I'll adjust.

Looks like a beauty. Let me know how your F-150 does with that, especially if you do any mountains. We like the way our 23' pulls now behind our F-150 in a tuxedo, but we lust for the queen size front bedroom. What hitch are you using?

She's a beauty. I'm sure you'll enjoy her for years to come. Looks like she's well worth the wait! Congratulations.
