I am currently looking at a 1970s A/S awning on EBAY that I believe is the same style as the one on my
1967 Safari,[not a ZipDee]. The seller is located in centeral California and says they will not ship, that the item needs to be picked up. Since I live in western Illinois, If I win this bid auction, Is there a forum member that could pick this item up for me? I would then pay them to have it shipped to me? I realize that it may have to go to a place that could box it and ship it, so there would be extra expense involved, but it's the only way I can think of to get this item to me. I would also pay them for their time and gas to get this taken care of for me! Please let me know if anyone can help me out, and I will contact them by PM or E-mail if I win the auction.
