We like it, bluegrass, folk, traditional, cajun music. The year after O Brother Where Art Thou the Whites played some of the showtunes there.
You can camp there, I wouldn't but I'm not a college kid, if I were, I would. Lots of late night partying, not too kid friendly if that's an issue--I tent camped there once pre child that was enough for me.
Friends who camp/perform there often advise against camping as its a hassle there.
But on Sundays you can get a day pass (that's what many do) and go in hear the great music, see the arts and crafts, taste the great food. They have a cajun dance spot where people who like to dance can jam along with the performers. Its up near Mt. Pleasant.
