Have fun with the insides. If you are lucky, you may be able to strip the paint off the vinyl walls, but I'd just paint over it with your color(s) of choice. The inside is so small, it won't take too much time.
How's the outside? I'm not sure why that streetside rear window is duct taped? Is it still? If it's just a question of sealing it, the rubber window seal is available from any AS dealer.
The door. This might be a problem. Once you get it, you may want to post pics of it. Those locks are expensive as well (as in $600 and up!
) Inland RV has a kit to modify the door for a cheaper lock (but I think the kit is still about $200.00).
Janet and husband have swapped out their old axle for a new Henschen. They got great clearance too afterwards.
No AC means less to repair or replace!
Janet has also put in a fantastic fan in the front vent. It really helps give more natural light, and air. I do believe they don't use their heater - the small size means natural body heat does a great job (according to them ..... I may not be as full of hot air though!
).
