Member reviews now available!

did you go to a campground and really enjoy it? What about a product that did not live up to your expectations? Now there is a new section in the forums for member reviews!

Member Review's Section

Post your review on any community related topic so other members can benefit from your experience & research. Imagine if a member was trying to figure out the best brake controll and did a ton of research. Wouldn't it be nice if they posted their findings in the review section to help the other members save time!

Please use this thread to discuss the many wonderfull uses of the review section.

Just my take

I think campground reviews must be indexed by state to be at all useful. As I posted before, Public and Private would be useful sub-threads. Without such a structure, pre-set, to organize the posts, I think it would pretty much be a waste of time. IMHO, that is the great weakness of the Members Review Section as it now exists.

As it stands, without any set structure, the Members Review Section will become a hodge-podge. Lets see ... under "P", I might find "Prodegy brake controller" and "Pennsylvania ***" and "Paint" and some campground starting with "P" in Alaska, and on and on. Things with no commonality. Pretty hard to know where to look for anything after it is no longer new.

Reviews, especially, need to be accessible by persons that are not yet members when a review is posted or have no interest at that time and later need the information.

And yes, IMHO, the ability to edit the review is crucial.

Cool Campgrounds

I own a small campground in Pensacola Fla. I invite any air stream owner for free overnite stay. Any thing over one night would be $5.00 a nite. It has full hook up.
