Looking for Someone

I just joined this forum in the hopes that the members could help me locate a gentleman who came to the aid of my husband and me at a campground near Bayfield WI the third week of Sept. 2013. We had never RV'd before so we rented a TT to see if we liked the concept. We got ourselves in a jam trying to park it after dark and the next morning, a fellow camper came over to offer assistance. He and his girlfriend were like angels to the rescue! I promised to send them some veterinary information they would find useful for their dogs, so they gave me their e-mail address. However, I must have transcribed it incorrectly 'cause it bounces as "undeliverable". I want to follow thru on my promise as well as express our gratitude again. Here is what I know about them....maybe the details sound familiar and one of you can let them know I am trying to contact them?

*has been Rv-ing for 17+ years
*travels in an Airstream, tho I do not know the size/type; I think it was originally built in the '50s
*did a great deal of restoration on the Airstream himself
*shortly before their month-long (Sept 2013) vacation, the Airstream was damaged by another driver, causing them to have to rent a TT in order to be able to take their much-anticipated trip
*from St. Cloud MN
*operates a snow plow business or drives one for the city
*animal lovers....currently has 2 Golden Retrievers that travel with them
*their names are Mark and Mary (the humans, not the dogs! )

Thank you in advance for any assistance connecting us!

i dont know the specific folks you're looking for, but i think in general you'll find these folks in at least every other campground spot. I too have found other RV'ers to be kind and helpful, lending a hand or whatever they can help with when needed.

Its nice you're trying to find them, and welcome to the forums. before buying our airstream we had never RV'ed before either. We love it and hope you will too!

Are you thinking of getting an airstream?
