Lighting Mod: Reading Lamp Swap
I wanted to do one of the small mods on my AS. My reading lamps (4 of them) has a cool white LED lamp in it that I can not change out to warm white LED. In short of cutting the wires to take the original cool white LED out, order new warm white LED, and solder them in, I would like to see if anyone interested to trade your reading lamps with halogen bulbs (2010 or older) with mine -- I'm ok with doing only two at a time since many AS comes with only two. These reading lamps with halogen bulbs has a socket that allows me to change out halogen bulb with warm white LED that I already have in my parts bin.
I already did the mods on all of the overhead cabinet/bathroom lamps. I have 11 cool white lamp plates in my parts bin if anyone is interested.
