As has been discussed before, this "Adult Airstream park" will close by April 30th of next year due to the local airport expansion. The land really belongs to the airport, was leased from them and now they want it back, or something like that.
A piligrimage to the land of the Airstream is worthwhile. The park is about 85-90% A/S. There are currently half a dozen of A/S for sale and likely will be many more later this year. In various conditions, sizes and price ranges. Some are road ready, some are not (due to sitting there for years). Here is the latest info.
1988 Excella 1000, 34' - not sure what work it needs.
1988 Excella 34' - I hear it is immaculate and won't last long.
There is a 1981 Excella II 31' and some others. A '99 wide body classic that just got sold. 1985 Excella 34', 1993 34' A/S, 1973 A/S 31' and more. Undboutedly, there will be more.

FYI, Land Yacht Port O'Call has the following rates:
Daily $20
Weekly $120
Monthly $330 plus electric
Annual lease $950 - but I think it is $1080 now.
