Just a note of thanks

I have been on these forums for a while and have not seen any mention of the fine folks responsible for hosting. I know it must be quite an undertaking. I do see the moderators come up every once in a while and I assume that these are the hosts. You must be doing it gor the love of the brand!
I just want you folks to understand that you are very much appreciated and that I really enjoy the forums and all of the fine folks that populate them.

Thank you, whoever you are, for providing the Airstream Forums for all of us to enjoy.

JB

Thanks for saying so!

The site is privately owned and the moderators are all volunteers. We all joined the forums for the same reasons; we needed help with our projects, or advice and I guess we stay because we love this place! (except for those of us who are simply avoiding polishing .... )

Streamers are an interesting, diverse bunch of folks with a unique sense of adventure and while I'm usually inclined to say "it's all about the aluminum" in truth, it's all about the people.

Truly awesome, If only I knew my kids were in such good company on MYspace.. From the first thread put out as newbie I appreciated the response, the direction, and the comraderie! Boy and you guys just make it look like "MAGIC", everytime I come on (ooh every day now) I find new resources and have learned alot from networking online! Since I don't know the right ques yet, just watching new posts has triggered doing a more pinpointing search and/or let me know of issues I didn't know i had yet?!

The genius or or genius' that put this all together are wonderful people.

Thank you! Train everyone!

Hope HOG is just as good when I get my VIN.

Talking Thanks

Again,

Many thanks to the moderators and folks who make this forum happen. I have not found a nicer group of people on or off the web.

I fully agree. They are our aluminum angels! (Good thing because lead angels have a terrible time getting about!)

Where are you in MN? We have kids in the Cities and will be up the Gunflint in January. (Ha! And Minnesotan's thought Iowan's had no guts! )

Grand Rapids is 180 degrees North of MSP 125 air miles or 180 miles North on Highway 169. 80 miles West of Duluth on US #2.

AND, Iowegians ARE wimps! Kidding of course.

Did you know that the Gunflint is open in the summer too?

Ok... I wasn't gonna respond, but is this where I get "ta yump in wid' da Lena an' Ole yokes?"

Something about seceeding the top two tier counties of Iowa to Minnesota and raising the average IQ of both states by 50%???... Actually that one was a joke about Missouri, but it sounded good at the time...

And yes, I really DO know what I.O.W.A. stands for...

Welcome and thanks! It's a pretty good place to hang out... even for those of us who DON'T have to polish our trailers any more...
