After almost three years into this AS Adventure, we finally visited Jackson Center. Only 100 miles off our course home from our Summer trip, we made the appointment while on the road to have a couple maintenance items looked at and for a hitch adjustment. After an unfortunate collision with a motor home (while in Camping World’s custody), we expanded the work order to include the body damage repair. With the repair estimated at 4 days, we expanded the punch list of maintenance items, too.

We are totally blown away with our experience. It was like having your own concierge looking into every issue with your trailer, big and small. Our 16 model trailer is as close to perfect tonight as it’s ever been.

We know we own wonderful trailers, but to see the magic actually happen was a great experience. AS technicians are the most competent, friendly and approachable people you could ever ask to meet. And they couldn’t have been fairer with us.

So proud we followed the advice of other Owners and went to JC, took the tour, and had our trailer in the total care of the best technicians in the business. So proud to be a fellow Owner with all our Air Forum acquaintances.

Good to hear. Based upon your review, JC not only strives for good customer service, but they also view the experience as an opportunity to reaffirm brand loyalty.

Unfortunately, most of us are just too far away to partake in that reaffirmation.

Well, if you were at JC on Monday, you got to meet our dogs .... Dog slobber is such great stuff .... sorry about that

They did very well by us on an "emergency" that popped up as we were running through Ohio.

Ok, with the info set up, you (hopefully) will not get answers that only apply to 2017 Classic's. Not that I would *ever* be guilty of doing that ...

We had a similar experience three weeks ago. Exceptional service and care. This was a warranty visit plus some mods. Each was carefully and expertly executed. It was a 1,300 mile round trip but well worth it and one we’ll repeat every couple of years. The best part was we got to meet the proud Americans who build these very special machines!

My experience has been similar to yours.
I’m heading to JC next week. For some warranty work on my way to Denver.
A nice post! Seems like the only posts with legs are the complainers.
