I Have used Craiglook. to search the entire US but I understand that Craigslists wants to shut down that website. As far as getting knocked off Craigslist. They do not want you to post in more than one city. When you do you may be flaged as overpost and be taken down on all of the listings. Craigslist wants all postings to be local and I think that is a shame because some of us would gladly travel hindreds or thousands of miles to look at a good Airstream

Thanks....Craiglook was my favorite...now gone. I will try KIJIJI. Its format is more in line with what I like.

Kijiji.com was bought by ebaY recently. I haven't looked it over in detail, but it seems they used the same basic format.
Oddly enough, kijiji.ca is still there.

Scam in St. Louis???
I need to check it out and see if this is listed elsewhere on craigslist. (I too miss craiglook!) Looks like it has been in LA and Baltimore, but flagged for removal. A google search shows it may have originated on Ebay and ended last week? Will flag.

I use allofcraigs.com - Search ALL of Craigslist and it works pretty well. I also use jaxed.
This trailer was listed in Vegas ans LA also.

That trailer was also posted in San Diego. I played along with the scam for quite a while. First they said it was here and when I said I wanted to see it they said it as in Chicago I think. I said great, I was on my way out there in a few days. The next time they responded they said it was to late as it was now sitting in a warehouse but they would gladly ship it to me at their expense so I could view it. gee.....wasn't that nice of them. I went back and forth with them for a while until I got bored with the game.

It has 13 panels so its '57 or earlier. It also appears to be longer than 25'. Its a dual axle and back in 56/57, even some of the 26'ers were single axle. I say at least 26 if not 28. For the money, its definitely a worthwhile project. Since its in FLA, count on the floors being completely shot.

This was on the "site mash" that I learned from another member on this site. Looks like a nice rig. Talked with the dealer & he said it was just traded Saturday. Said it smells "a little musty" inside, so I'd look out for some floor rot. I'd look at it myself, but it's 4 hours away & I have enough projects on my plate! Price looks Good!

I think that is a rare 1954-55 front bathroom 26' Romany Cruiser (due to the small front street side window, like the 1954-56 22' Safari). If I remember correctly, there were less than 10 or so Romany Cruisers built. Either that, or it is a custom floor plan, because of the unusual window positions. Certainly a neat old Airstream worth rescuing and restoring, but it sounds like a lot of work.
