Of course we all know that just adds thousands to the mix trying to get tubs, black tanks, hardware etc.

Between American Pickers and Storage Wars, everyone thinks there's just bags of cash in any old pile of junk. That's not to say that only the pile-of-junk trailers are overpriced, but ones like the awful 5th-wheel frankenstein in question are just silly. From the look of it, it might have to be free to be worth the expense and hard work of putting back into proper shape.
What "my stuff" is worth vs. "your stuff" is one of the many things George Carlin was right about.

A little more work than just a clean up and some wax....it's ready roll:
Flatbed trailer
Seems anything that says "Airstream" demands a premium price!

This popped up on my auto search this morning. Looks like there's at least one shorty, and I know people love the small trailers. Of course there's minimal information... "listing for a friend with 4 trailers in a field."

Good Lord I think they're serious! "only" $46500?
I saw this listing and initially thought they'd just put in an extra 0 on the price... but looking at the pictures I think they're actually serious. It isn't a scam, inasmuch as they are showing pictures of a unique interior rather than shots that look like they're stolen from someone else's ad. I do hope they don't find a sucker, though. It's clearly not a TTT build, especially with those squished-down axles. A big 15 gallons of fresh water storage, with an electric water heater. Impressive! Stainless "steal" indeed!

It has been flagged as a scam by someone and removed.

He won't consider selling to me.
I got a kick out of this. When I contacted the owner he said he wouldn't sell it to me to restore because it's been used for storage & it's infested with critters. He'll only sell it if it will be used for storage. I asked about the interior & he wouldn't tell me or send photos when he found out why I was inquiring. Wish it was closer to Phoenix. I'd go take a look at it.
