That trailer, according to the Airconditioner, is a 1970 to a 1972 model, 31 foot.
It is "NOT" an Excella. If it was, it would have a wide blue stripe within the belt line moldings.

Somebody has to get the real serial number from the guy. I'd guess 69 or 70 Sovereign. Real wood and that plastic insert in the corner cabinet door....

Well, if it were here in Austin, it'd be a hamburger, cupcake, snowcone or barBque stand... or maybe a bead, incense & good karma store...
oh wait, that was a different era...

Too bad he can't get the price consistent (subject is one price, body says another).. If you pull up the ad it reads as $175,000.. Hope its gold plated for that price..

1975 31' Sovereign (?)
1975 Air Stream Camper
My first trailer. Got the title today, will tow it home Saturday (360 miles through the NC mountains and into TN).
My brother-in-law (mechanic) is going to check the brakes and lights, re-wire the umbilical cable to adapt it to a modern socket on the Tow Vehicle, and re-pack the bearings.
No idea what is in the outside storage, no keys. Gonna get a locksmith on that Friday, though.
I'm going to dupe this post on a new thread in the intro forum and beg for any last minute "check this or you'll really regret it" advice.

Hi, Mark! Welcome to Airforums.com.
Be sure to try all the keys you now have on all the doors your TT has. There are some keys that work more than one door...

Good luck to those that brave enough to call!
