in the condition of the one pictured is worth easily 5x that price on a bad day, assuming it's mechanically needy. More if it's mechanically excellent. I suspect if you contacted them you'd find that it's at a "secure warehouse ready to be delivered to you by the escrow service and you'll have 5 days to reject it if you don't like it" once you send them your money.
Even better, and a new twist for the scumbags, it has a "click here" for more info that leads to a clear security-risk site for you to enter email into. It masquerades as a "craigslist ask a question" page yet is hosted at a very suspicious URL on a site for which the root page is "under construction." Walks like a duck, quacks like a duck...
