I'd look at it if we didn't already have a trailer we like!

Okay, so I just had to check on this, and I watched not one, but TWO videos from the Go-Gos, "Vacation" and "Our Lips are Sealed."

First, no Airstream appears in either video.

Second, God those are some really awful videos (the songs aren't much better). "Our Lips Are Sealed" included the same 8 scenes playing over and over again...probably because there are only like 10 lyrics to the entire song, so they can just keep playing the same clips. If you dare, you can watch the 12" version here.

"Vacation" had some very bizarre water skiing scenes - both some real shots that were actually bizarre, as well as some very badly done green screen "skiing" shots. It's not quite as bad as "Our Lips are Sealed," but you really do not want to watch it, I promise. But if you don't believe me, you can get your fix here. (Oh, no, the forums are putting the video inline...I'm sorry. Don't hit play, whatever you do.)

I cannot go on checking Go-Gos videos. Someone else will have to take over from here. I'm reminded of SilverRanger's comment: "It would appear that owning an Airstream is not for sissies."

A few in Virginia:

72 Ambassador for $2,000 partially worked:
1972 Airstream

69 Sovereign $1,400. They are considering selling for scrap. Sounds like it could have all the parts. - Someone to part it out, then recycle? Shame to have those odd 60's era windows and hardware.

If it wasn't so long, I would pick it up myself, but I barely have room for my 26'. Seems like agreat price.
