Dont we a check list when purchasing a used trailer?I i can not find it and I thought it was here somewhere.
Going to look at a 76 model for a friend but I dont know what type it is yet.

I finally found it when I double & triple checked the pages again.

From my experience, a checklist would include:
-Check for raccoons in living room; evidence might include shredded curtains, a funny smell, snarling.
-Look in ALL cabinets, cubbies, overheads, etc. and ask that the 20 years of stashed garbage there be taken out.
-Ditto with toilet/black tank.
-Ask what all the squeaking and scurrying noises are, coming from within the ceiling, walls, and belly pan.
-Check under the 17 layers of wood scraps, rugs, mats, etc. in the bathroom to see if there is any plywood subfloor at all.
I'm sure there are others...
