I just love the heavy duty 2x4 framing for interior partitions!!!!!
Lot of weight there.

YEAH! That and the hubcaps really do it for me...especially since I saw a nice original one on CL for 4500.

I saw that heavy duty 2x4 action going on. I won't bid on it though till they finish the sheetrock.

Sheetrock? I thought you could use Durarock and hang some nice marble on it. Dave

$18,500.00 for a gutted AS? I was thinking maybe he just got the decimal point wrong and it was supposed to be $1850.00... but then I saw he spent WAY too much time listing all the "improvements" completed thus far.

But, hey, the hub caps are CHROME! And they are Baby Moons, probably!

And the year is '66!

When Ronald Reagan entered politics and became Governor of California and the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution began under Chairman Mao! And the Average Income per year was $6,900!

Wowsers indeed!

Oh come on, he did buy a new sewer hose. That alone is worth ten(s) of dollars.
