ID Number on back of motorhome

My airstream has the number 1772 on the top front and back. Does anyone know the meaning of this number??

If you're talking about the large red numbers typically over the window, they are the WBCCI (Wally Byam Caravan Club International) membership number of a previous owner/member.

In the 2002 Membership Directory that number is unassigned. If you decide to join the club, you could request that the same number be assigned to you.
